JYOVEX Recognized as "Jiangsu Province Private Science and Technology Enterprise"

Recently, Jiuyang New Energy Battery (Suqian) Co., Ltd. passed the filing review and was awarded the "Jiangsu Private Science and Technology Enterprise" certificate, valid from June 2026 to June 2029.

This recognition is conducted in accordance with the "Jiangsu Province Regulations on Developing Private Science and Technology Enterprises", examining the enterprise's scientific and technical personnel composition, R&D investment, technological achievements, and the scientific and technological content of products.

Jiuyang New Energy Battery (Suqian) Co., Ltd., relying on over 20 years of battery R&D and manufacturing accumulation from its Shenzhen parent company, was established in October 2024 in Suqian, Jiangsu. Located in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone of Suqian Economic and Technological Development Zone, the brand "JYOVEX" is an enterprise integrating independent R&D, design, production, and sales, focusing on 1.5V constant-voltage lithium batteries and USB rechargeable batteries.

Making "constant voltage" the product foundation. While mainstream rechargeable AA/AAA batteries use 3.7V lithium cells with external step-down or 1.2V NiMH output, we chose the 1.5V constant-voltage lithium solution: integrating lithium cells, step-down management circuits, and low-voltage protection into standard AA/AAA sizes, maintaining stable output around 1.5V from full charge to near depletion.

Integrating the charging port into the battery. USB rechargeable batteries integrate Type-C ports and charging management circuits into the battery body, allowing charging with a single phone cable, while also offering dedicated charger versions. Protection logic is implemented at the circuit level for reverse connection, overcharge, over-discharge, and short circuit risks.

Using others' specifications as our benchmark. We use international brands' public specifications as testing benchmarks, comparing against Rayovac AL-AA industrial alkaline battery datasheet (S6600178 Rev.T), completing discharge duration, capacity, load current comparisons under unified 0.9V cutoff voltage and temperature conditions, correcting effective capacity by step-down circuit efficiency. Our technical team established current profiles covering 17 common electrical devices, estimating runtime based on real working conditions.

Letting certifications open more markets. Products have passed multiple international certifications including IEC62133, CE/CB, UN38.3, UL2054, RoHS2.0, FCC, KC/PSE, and obtained domestic 3C certification, covering market access requirements for the EU, North America, South Korea, Japan, and other major markets.

Matching capacity with orders. Monthly production capacity reaches 3.5 million cells with approximately 2.3 million cells shipped monthly, with room for expansion. Quality control implements ISO9001 system with IQC incoming inspection, IPQC process inspection, and OQC outgoing inspection. All products support batch traceability with a 5-year warranty.
