### 工业IoT设备的电池挑战 / Battery Challenges for Industrial IoT Devices

工业物联网设备（温湿度传感器、气体检测仪、振动监测仪等）通常部署在偏远或难以触及的位置，要求电池长期稳定供电，更换周期长达数年。设备工作电流小（微安到毫安级），但需要7×24小时不间断工作。

Industrial IoT devices (temperature/humidity sensors, gas detectors, vibration monitors, etc.) are typically deployed in remote or hard-to-reach locations, requiring long-term stable battery power supply, replacement cycles up to several years. Device operating current is small (microamps to milliamps), but requires 7×24 uninterrupted operation.

传统碱性电池自放电率高，存放一年后电量大幅下降，不适合长期部署场景。镍氢电池自放电率更高（月自放电15-20%），同样不适合。

Traditional alkaline batteries have high self-discharge rate, charge drops significantly after one year of storage, not suitable for long-term deployment scenarios. NiMH batteries have even higher self-discharge rate (monthly 15-20%), also unsuitable.

超低自放电：月自放电率<3%，存放数年后仍能保持充足电量，适合长期部署的IoT设备。

宽温性能：工作温度范围-20°C到60°C，适合户外、冷库、高温车间等极端环境。

恒压输出：确保设备在整个电池寿命期内稳定工作，不会因电压下降导致数据传输中断。

Constant voltage output: Ensures stable device operation throughout battery life, no data transmission interruption due to voltage drop.

低功耗传感器（温湿度、门磁）：推荐AA 1.5V锂电池2400mWh档位，续航可达3-5年。

Low-power sensors (temperature/humidity, door sensors): Recommend AA 1.5V lithium battery 2400mWh tier, runtime up to 3-5 years.

中等功耗设备（气体检测仪、振动监测仪）：推荐AA 1.5V锂电池3100mWh档位，续航可达1-2年。
