### 产能规模评估 / Production Capacity Assessment

月产能是衡量供应商供货能力的核心指标。产能过小可能导致交期不稳定，产能过大可能意味着供应商依赖少数大客户。建议选择月产能100万节以上的供应商，确保供货弹性。

Monthly production capacity is the core metric for measuring supplier supply capability. Too small capacity may cause unstable delivery, too large may mean supplier relies on few major customers. Recommend choosing suppliers with monthly capacity over 1 million cells, ensuring supply flexibility.

### 质量体系审核 / Quality System Audit

要求供应商提供ISO9001证书，并了解其质量管控流程。关键检查点：IQC来料检验标准、IPQC制程巡检频率、OQC出货检验比例、不合格品处理流程。

Require supplier to provide ISO9001 certificate, and understand their quality control process. Key checkpoints: IQC incoming inspection standards, IPQC process inspection frequency, OQC outgoing inspection ratio, non-conforming product handling process.

玖阳执行全流程三级检验（IQC→IPQC→OQC），出货前检验，每颗电池可追溯至原材料批次。产品保质期5年，售后质保按具体产品、批次及采购合同约定执行。

### 认证资质核查 / Certification Qualification Verification

核查供应商的产品认证是否齐全、是否在有效期内。关键认证：IEC62133（安全基础）、CE（欧盟）、UL（北美）、UN38.3（运输）、3C（国内）。

Verify supplier product certifications are complete and within validity period. Key certifications: IEC62133 (safety foundation), CE (EU), UL (North America), UN38.3 (transportation), 3C (domestic).
