### IQC来料检验 / IQC Incoming Quality Control

IQC（Incoming Quality Control）是对原材料和零部件的入库前检验。玖阳电芯为自主生产，IQC重点检验电芯半成品的一致性：容量、内阻、电压、尺寸、外观等。不合格品拒收，确保自制电芯质量达标后方可进入组装工序。

IQC (Incoming Quality Control) is pre-warehouse inspection of raw materials and components. JYOVEX R&D and manufacturing; IQC focuses on inspecting semi-finished cell consistency: capacity, internal resistance, voltage, dimensions, appearance. Unqualified products rejected, ensuring self-manufactured cells meet quality standards before entering assembly process.

### IPQC制程巡检 / IPQC In-Process Quality Control

IPQC（In-Process Quality Control）是生产过程中的巡回检验。检验项目包括：焊接质量、组装精度、保护板功能等。发现异常立即停线整改，防止不良品流入下道工序。

IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) is patrol inspection during production. Inspection items include: welding quality, assembly precision, protection board function. Stop production line immediately when abnormalities found, preventing defective products from flowing to next process.

### OQC出货检验 / OQC Outgoing Quality Control

OQC（Outgoing Quality Control）是出货前的检验环节。检验项目包括：容量、电压、内阻、外观、包装等。确保出货电池符合质量标准。

OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) is the inspection before shipment. Inspection items include: capacity, voltage, internal resistance, appearance, packaging. Ensuring shipped batteries meet quality standards.

### 批次追溯 / Batch Traceability

每批产品都有唯一批次号，可追溯至原材料批次、生产日期、生产线、操作员。出现质量问题时，可快速定位问题范围，精准召回。

Each batch has unique batch number, traceable to raw material batch, production date, production line, operator. When quality issues occur, can quickly locate problem scope, precise recall.
